Acquisition of Business Licenses is mandatory if the client intend to operate in some specific sectors of the Ghanaian economy including the mining, petroleum amongst others. Some requirements of the laws governing such sectors are as follows:
• Registration with the Ghana Investment Promotion Centre (GIPC);
• Registration with the Minerals Commission; and
• Registration with the Petroleum Commission.
